How it works.

 

For you peace of mind, we charge a fixed price fee to support your Partner Visa Application. $5,750 (including initial consultation fee of $330) covers experienced migration lawyer Daniel Moya assessing, preparing and lodging your partner visa application as well as your Australian partner’s visa sponsorship application. Not all applications will qualify for our fixed fee service.

Daniel then manages the application process on your behalf and continues to represent you through to the Department of Home Affairs decision on your application.

  • The time your application takes to be processed will depend on a number of circumstances including: whether you provide all relevant documents up-front, whether you have sufficient evidence, any weaknesses in you case and a range of other factors. In our experience, applications that are well prepared will generally benefit from shorter processing times.

    The Department’s processing times are regularly updated but unfortunately don’t provide a complete picture of how long your application will take. At 3 January 2024, you can expect to wait 6 - 26 months for a partner visa .

  • We have flexible payment arrangements to meet your needs.

    The current visa application charge (primary applicant) is $8,850 + credit card surcharge (approximately 1.4%).

    Our professional fees are $4,950 for prospective marriage visas and $5,750 for partner visas.

  • When you lodge your application onshore (Australia), you will normally be entitled to work rights.

  • Often couples do not to have sufficient evidence to demonstrate they are in a genuine and continuing relationship. In assessing a couple’s relationship, the Department of Home Affairs must consider all of the circumstances of the relationship including the financial aspects, nature of the household, social aspects of the relationship and the nature of the person’s commitment to each other. If you are lacking in evidence we can assist you to better present the evidence you do have and guide you as to further evidence that you can obtain that will assist your application.
